We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both travelers and experts while maintaining a reliable booking experience.
More than 24 hours before
Free cancellation - no questions asked
12-24 hours before
Cancellation allowed with a courtesy notice to the expert
Less than 12 hours before
Late cancellation - please try to reschedule instead
How to Cancel a Booking
Go to your Dashboard
Log in and navigate to your dashboard
Find your booking
Click on "Bookings" to see all your scheduled sessions
Cancel the booking
Click "Cancel Booking" on the session you want to cancel
Confirm cancellation
Optionally provide a reason and confirm
Consider Rescheduling Instead
If your plans have changed but you still want the consultation, try messaging the expert to reschedule. Many experts are happy to find a new time that works for both of you.
If an Expert Cancels
Sometimes experts need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens:
- You'll receive an email notification immediately
- You can message the expert to reschedule
- Or book with another expert instead
